Starting Slow Carb Diet

It's been a while since my last post on here but happy to be back onto blogging again :) 

I've been wanting to lose weight for years now and today I finally made the commitment to start the Slow Carb Diet by Tim Ferris. He explains how tracking your food intake helps you to stay on the diet. So.. here I am!

My Goal: Weigh 110lbs or less in a month. Deadline: 12.1.2015

Start Date: 11.2.2015

Height: 5 ft 4

Current Weight: 142.4lbs

What I Ate Today (Total Calories - 750)

  • Breakfast - 110cal - 30g protein shake
  • Lunch - 140cal - 2 eggs, sunny side up (yum!)

50cal - cooked zucchinis  

110cal - red beans

  • Dinner - 180cal - chicken tenderloin 

50cal - cooked cabbage

110cal - red beans 

I tweaked the slow carb diet to fit me and my needs. My plan is to also adapt what I read from here along with the slow carb diet. My goal is to drink 18cups of water/day. She recommends drinking 3 liters of lemon water every day. I personally don't like the taste of lemon so I'm planning to just drink water and tea for most part. I do have lemon juice so I'll drink that with water when I want to stop cravings.
