SCD - Day 4

Hello Hello :) 

I beat my record! Well...sorta... lol. I've been fluctuating between 143-138 for around 2 to 3 years now and this morning I found myself at 137 YAYY!

Lost a pound from yesterday. 5.4 in total so far, this is goooood. 

Feeling fatigue lately, not sure if this is related to the diet (probably though). I feel guilty for taking a 3 hour nap this afternoon. Nooo, I hate losing away time like that. Gotta figure out fast how to gain more energy throughout the day. 

Weight Today - 137lbs

What I Ate Today (Total Calories - 762) 

  • BREAKFAST

110cal - 30g protein shake

  • LUNCH

210cal - 3 eggs, sunny side up

84cal - cooked zucchinis  

143cal - red beans

  • DINNER

128cal - chicken breast

74cal - cooked cabbage and zucchinis

13cal - almonds

I ran out of red beans, oh noooo. I didn't know red beans only last up to 10 days in the fridge. Felt bad throwing away a pot of those beans that I prepped up :/

Well, I was still a bit hungry (go figure) without those beans so I ate almonds instead. I love almonds :3
