SCD - Day 3

Lunch

Good Evening~

Lost 1.8lbs from yesterday. Just day 3 and I already lost 4.4lbs, wow this is great!

I do feel a bit bloated from drinking SO MUCH WATER. Really exhausting, especially having to pee every hour is a bit annoying. I wonder if there's a solution to making less trip to the bathroom.  

No headache today so that's good :)

What I Ate Today (Total Calories - 746)

  • Breakfast - 110cal - 30g protein shake
  • Lunch - 140cal - 2 eggs, sunny side up

59cal - cooked zucchinis  

143cal - red beans

  • Dinner - 110cal - chicken breast

41cal - cooked cabbage

143cal - red beans
